Shipping Rates & Time

All orders ship via FedEx Ground shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience during this busy season as our team and shipping partners work safely and quickly to get you your order. Standard shipping (8-10 business days) is $10 USDA the US for all orders in the continental United States and $15 USDA for Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

We offer standard international shipping for a flat rate of $20 USD for the rest of the world. Please contact us if you have any questions about placing an international order at sunshineandco.abigail@outlook.com.

Returns

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unused merchandise in original condition with tag attached in original packaging.

  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund. Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

  • Return shipping labels are $2. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

Please email sunshineandco.abigail@outlook.com to request a return label. You'll be able to print your return label and drop your package off at any U.S. mail location. You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved. Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of arrival. Once approved, allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please reach out to sunshineandco.abigail@outlook.com regarding any damaged, wrong, or missing items in your order. 

Missing Items - If reported within 14 days of your order shipping items will be removed from your order and we will refund the card on file for the amount of the reported items.

Damaged Items - If reported within 14 days of your order shipping you can request replacements to be shipped at no additional cost. Please email photo evidence of the damaged items to sunshineandco.abigail@outlook.com.
